Cabell County, West Virginia Accident and Travel Update
A multi-car accident leading to several injuries occurred near West Virginia’s Cabell-Wayne County line, causing a temporary road block. The car crash occurred at approximately 4:45 pm on Friday, on Route 152 near the USDA office, according to Cabell County dispatchers.
Two ambulance teams rushed to the scene, working diligently to transport victims to the hospital. However, at this time, the total number of injured persons and the severity of their injuries remain unknown.
Thanks to the combined efforts of various emergency services – including the Huntington, West Virginia Police Department, Huntington Fire Department, West Virginia State Police and Cabell County EMS, along with first responders from Wayne counties – the roadway has been successfully reopened.
